The 70:20:10 Masterclass

Organisations are embracing the 70:20:10 model to increase learning effectiveness, improve learning efficiency and make better use of development opportunities for their organisations employees.

Charles Jennings is an international expert on 70:20:10 and has designed this Australian first Masterclass to directly support organisations prepare and implement a practical plan for a successful 70:20:10 strategy.

Participants will be supported to build and execute organisational learning strategies that leverage a well-planned balance of formal and informal learning and elements such as leader-led and social learning. Format

One full day face to face workshop and two 1 hour webinars.

The webinars will run pre and post the workshop to prepare participants for the face to face session and to follow-up post the workshop session in support of participant's ongoing implementation efforts.

The format will facilitate a sustained action learning journey with Charles Jennings to ensure strong practical outcomes for participants.

Charles will prepare participants for the full day workshop and provide pre-work to ensure practical application of learning to each participant's organisation.
